Chicken & Black Bean Chowder.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bunch of Cilantro
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Onions (of choice)
  • 2 Sticks of Celery
  • 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Pinch of Red Pepper
  • 1 Can of Black Beans
  • 1 Carton of Chicken Stock
  • 1 Can of Corn (Brown in Pan)
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Lemon
  • Crumble Cheese

What’s Next?

Grab your pan, grab your spatula, turn up the heat, and have ingredients prepped.

1st: Sautee’ Onions, Celery, Cilantro Stalks in Olive Oil

2nd: Add Black Beans (with juice, Chicken Stock, Corn (No Water)

3rd: Add Bay Leaf

4th: Bring to Boil (15 minutes)

5th: Add Shredded Chicken and cook for 10 minutes

6th: Toss in Cilantro Leaves, then add Lemon Juice

7th: Top your soup with Cilantro and Crumble Cheese

8th: Eat up, ya’ll.
