What’s Next?

st: Chop & sort all vegetables.

nd: Prep your stove. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Make sure burners are on high. Add water to your pot and bring water to a boil before adding noodles. Let noodles boil for 10-11 minutes.

rd: Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

th: Add sliced mushrooms. Continue to saute for 1-2 minutes.

th: Then add salt, pepper, diced carrots, peppers. Mix everything till combined (cook 1-2 minutes).

th: If you want to create your own sauce, then keep veggies on low heat while you prep another pan for Roma Tomatoes. Place sliced tomatoes in pan and begin stirring together to create sauce.

th: Butter the bottom of your deep dish pan. Make sure that you follow a pattern where you are layering noodles, vegetables, sauce, cheese, repeat. I cut pieces of butter to place around edges and along middle of dish to ensure noodles from drying out. Make sure your top area is super cheesy!
