Blueberry Muffin Mix Cake.

Recently I used some muffin mix to create a scrumptious Blueberry Muffin Cake. The cake was super simple to bake and tasted heavenly.

Ingredients:

• 2 Boxes of Simple Mornings Blueberry Muffin Mix
• 4 Eggs
• 2/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
• 1 1/3 Cup of Water
• 3/4 of  16oz. Frozen Blueberries Bag

What’s Next?

1st: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/ 176 Celsius.

2nd: Pour muffin mix into bowl, then add 4 eggs.

3rd: Pour in 1 1/3 cups of water and 2/3 cup of vegetable oil.

4th: Take a whisk and mix batter until thick (2-4 minutes). Do not be alarmed by the blue coloring.

5th: After batter has thickened, then pour the batter into cake pan.

6th: Place cake pan in oven and allow to bake for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, then check the center of cake with fork to ensure that cake is solid and not gooey.

7th: Allow cake to cool for 10-12 minutes before taking out of pan.

8th: Sprinkle Muffin Crumb Topping or Powdered Sugar over the top of cake.

9th: Enjoy a slice with some Sweet Tea or Lemonade.
