Mac & Cheese Southern Style.
Ingredients:
- Penne Noodles
- Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- Milk
- Butter
- Deep Dish Baking Pan

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Set to 425 degrees fahrenheit if in hurry.
Step 2: Fill Stockpot with water. Turn burner on high and set Stockpot on burner and allow water to come to a boil.
Step 3: When water has come to a boil, then pour noodles into Stockpot. Stir noodles for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4: After noodles have cooked, then drain noodles in Colander.

Step 5: Take butter and spread across the bottom of Deep Dish Baking Pan. Following this step, begin to layer with shredded cheddar cheese and noodles.

Step 6: After two layers using the pattern; Noodles/Cheddar Cheese/Mozzarella, then you are going to stir 2 Eggs, 1 cup of Milk, and Salt/Pepper in separate bowl. Once ingredients are stirred together, then pour over the top of noodles and cheese. Be sure to slice small pieces of butter and place around edges, as well as down the center of the pan to ensure that the noodles will not become dry.
Step 7: After layers are complete, then place pan in oven and allow to set for 35-45 minutes.
Step 8: After 35-45 minutes of Macaroni baking, then take pan out of oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
